[Ham-Linux] Windows Outlook 2003

Hi Folks!
I have an interest in adding POP3 & SMTP services from Amateur Radio
sources, but have an outstanding issue with unremovable and non-functioning
Outlook rules that are causing me to be unable to "keep" the rules that do
work alive and cluttering up my main Inbox folder.  I like to direct various
list and personal emails to specific folders, to help me manage the volume.
The cause of this may be that I had imported some Outlook 2007 rules without
realizing possible issues.  While I can't be sure, it does seem that they
may be the cause.  How do I removed ALL the rules from an Outlook 2003
installation?
