CQRLOG is a logging application primary and radio control secondary.
It uses HAMLIB to control radios. Many logging apps use hamlib too.
Because Pegasus is software oriented, you have a unique requirement.
My suggestion is to look up HAMLIB and see if your radio is included.
As a last resort, maybe you can write a program (info from Ten Tec site 
or manual) and apply it to run with CQRLOG or any Linux-based logging app..
