If the vendor has no support for Linux, probably the device has no
support or Linux. Last week I found a ZOOM USB modem that claimed Linux
support on the enclosed CD had no such support. Searching the internet
when I got another RS-232 modem showed that making it work on Linux was
a convoluted path for those who were successful.
That is not to say that some other none maker Linux support doesn't
exist. Google the product and Linux. I bet you find nearly all the hits
are asking your same question. If the product has been made to work in
Linux, Google will probably find it.

Many epay sellers have no idea what their device is or how its supported but
some will say anything to make a sale. Caveat emptor!
