[Ham-Linux] error when running yum update

Ok... I ran yum update the other night and well it stalled in the middle of
the update... So I closed the terminal and restarted the computer so I
thought I'd finish today and when I try to run yum update again, I get this
error, can someone help me and tell me what I need to do so I can fix
this... I'm running CentOS
