Both those URLs work for me, Doug. I'd check out your DNS and routing 
setups for problems.

My friend Emily Clarke W0EEC is the webmistress for the site; her email 
is her callsign at amsat dot org. But of course if you can't DNS AMSAT 
you won't be able to email her; if you need to contact her I can relay 
emails for you if necessary.

That said, I think the issue is somewhere on your end. DNS, routing, web 
proxys and filtering are all possibilities.
