Hi Joshua.

Any of those listed should work.  I just fired up gFTP here and logged
into my qsl,net account so things are working.  I looked at the
bookmark properties (click Bookmarks, then choose Edit Bookmarks, then
highlight your bookmark (if you made one!) and select File|Properties)
and for Hostname I have ftp.qsl.net, Port 21, Protocol FTP, Remote
Directory /, and the rest is specific to your account.

Your callsign is the Username and should be lowercase.  Be sure the
case of the password they sent you matches as well.  Usernames and
passwords are case sensitive!
