[Ham-Linux] Need help on installing ham packages

Hi Paul,
There are times during the life of any mailing list where the members will
send nothing at all for days, sometimes weeks and yes even months. Some
lists are just busier than others.
This list seems to be one where it is months more often than days. There
isn't really a problem with the list other than a somewhat normal lack of
activity.
