[Ham-Linux] Problems with the new up2date files

The expiration of the certificate broke up2date.  If they had planned 
ahead and sent it out a while ago, the usual automatic or semiautomatic 
stuff would have worked FB.  So you have to go the the web or ftp site, 
manually download the new rpms and then run

rpm -Fvh up2date*.rpm

After clicking the "?" icon, OK the error, it will be back to normal and 
tell you about new updates as normal.
