Well the ip but not the url is due to not having the /etc/resolve.conf entrys
something like the following (using your isp's dns servers)

nameserver 208.xxx.xxx.xxx
nameserver 208.xxx.xxx.xxx

perhaps you would like to use microsofts dns servers rather than ur isp's <g>

nameserver 207.46.138.20
nameserver 213.199.144.151
