Yes, you should be able to do that with some "Drive cloning software".
I use the free version of Acronis available on the Western Digital
site. At least one of the drives needs to be a Western Digital drive
for the free version to work.
As a side note. This machine came with a 1TB "C" drive 4 years ago. I
cloned that drive to a 3TB "C" drive and installed it. I also have a
4TB "D" drive I put in this machine and two 3TB external drives that are
connected 24/7 (this machine is on the hubs 24/7, my "share size" is
about 6.5TB). I also have 8 additional outboard external drives in
sizes 3-4TB that serve to keep TWO complete backups of all 4 active drives.
