[Ham-Computers] Mozilla Firefox Questions

I did a search for bookmarks.html on my computer and located them at:

file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Administrator/Desktop/Internet%20URLs%
20+EBay%20minus/bookmarks.html

You should be able to do the same.

There are also bookmark import and export instructions in the help files.

As to going back to Firefox v28 I would think you would have to find the
older version (if you don't still have it), uninstall v29 and then reload
v28. Haven't tried it myself but that's where I would begin.

Thanks for the notice of the problem though. I think I'll stay with my
version 27 for now.

Subject: [Ham-Computers] Mozilla Firefox Questions

Doesn anyone know the name and location of the Bookmarks (Favorites) file in
Firefox?

Does anyone know how to "back up" from version 29 to version 28? After I
installed 29 on Saturday, I discovered that I can no longer print anything
usable from web sites like eBay or Vendio with our big Xerox
printer/scanner/copier because something is overriding the default paper
type (Letter) with Tabloid. And automatically formatting whatever you want
to print as Tabloid.
So if you try to print anything on letter (by changing the default at print
time), it chops off top, bottom, left and right. The only printer that
still works is a Xerox 3300 which does not know what Tabloid is. And yes,
anything printed through any program other than than Firefox 29.0.1 (like
Stamps.com, Word, etc.) or through IE8 still works fine. So it is
definitely Firefox.
