>From a local OM, any suggestions?:

I wonder what happened to my Windows? Yesterday late afternoon I booted up
my computer and instead of going straight to my opening screen I had two
choices to startup. 1) Windows 7, 2)Window 7 Professional ( recovered ). I
tried both and the recovered one said item missing....could not fix this
boot error.
I started the computer with the Windows 7 professional 64 bit in
the DVD reader. I even tried to do a repair this way but the boot up error
was still there every time I started up. At 11 pm last night I gave up and
went to sleep on it. This morning at 6:00 AM I had a brain storm and start I
entered msconfig. I then when to boot and saw the two boot sections and I
deleted the Windows 7 Professional ( recovered ). It now boots straight up
without that boot prompt.
Wonder what happened to have this condition? Have no idea but I
am sure I did something to cause it. Anyways with a little effort I fixed
it. You have any ideas as to what I did or the computer did to make this
happen?
