[Ham-Computers] Request for Help - Crashing Apps

     Would sure appreciate some help in tracking down why a couple of my 
ham apps keep crashing. The apps in question are WSJT-x and FLDigi. They 
crash unexpectedly and repeatedly.
     I have learned the basics of creating a .dmp file for the next time 
one of them crashes, but have NO idea what do do with this .dmp file 
once it's created! Here are my system particulars:

HP AMD Athlon II x2 64-bit Processor @ 3.0 GHz
4G RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
1TB Hard drive

     The code I get when the programs crash are each C000000005, and 
places the blame on the app .exe, (i.e. FLDigi.exe) but I don't have the 
knowledge to dig deeper. Other ham apps, such as DXLabs and MultiPSK 
don't crash, so I need to find out what FLDigi and WSJT-x have in common 
that is causing the crashes.

     Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
