[Ham-Computers] How To Reset

Hi All,

As most of you already know, yours truly is totally blind. When my computer 
recently visited a service facility, someone ran a disc that reset all the 
options to factory defaults. Hence, I am still trying to get this computer 
back performing the way I had it configured to perform!

Can one of you please tell me how to set the list function to alphabetic 
listing? Such as being in a directory and typing "dir/b" and pressing 
'enter'. Presently it is listing all the files by date, which I do not want. 
I want it to list in either the order I put each file in the directory or by 
the file title in alphabetic order.
