[Ham-Computers] Windows version question

If you have the "My Computer" icon on the desktop, you can get to the same
dialog by right clicking it and selecting properties.

In XP Professional there is no "Computer" in the Start menu. At least no on
any of my three machines.
In the 64-bit version, is there a System64 folder (directory)?
