I guess that my 78-year old brain has had a big fart and I need some help:

Several years ago I set up a web site (w0qfc>com) using Front Page 2003 and all worked FB but now I am trying to set up another site using FPE 2K3 but I forgot how to publish the site.

I know that I need  FTP client software.

Is there someone out there who might have  the patience to help me and guide me through it step by step?
