: Then I tried twenty-four hour time. Midnight is 0000. I put in 1030 and it
: was accepted. However, when I look at the time on incoming e-mail, it is
one
: hour slow!
Well, a couple things to keep in mind... The time on your e-mail will be
the time the server received it, not when you got it. Savings time has
changed since the software was written, most people, places, things, even
bureaus of standards don't have a patch. When I find my clock is off, even
an hour off from NIST, various military facilities, et cetera that I
synchronize to, I find the ONLY cure is to change my time zone. This works,
and now that we are a couple years or so into the change, then Naval
Observatory in DC is STILL on hour off, I just checked.
You are a victim of mass stupidity and chances are everything at your end is
fine.
