[Ham-Computers] Restoring a File Not in the Recycle Bin

Many years ago, I had a nice program, Xtree, which had an OOPS function,
solely for the
purpose of undeleting, but that was way back in the years of Windows
3.11 and that ilk.
I think there are even freeware programs which allow deleted files to be
restored.
