Your best solution is the yellow "Dummies Series" books. They are on sale now at 
Borders Books that is going out of business. Like all software, it requires TIME 
and EFFORT on behalf of the individual operator. I have learned over the years 
to never spend over 30 min a session on new software learning AND microsoft fads 
lots of FREE learning videos on most of their main software  like Microsoft 
Office etc.
