[Ham-Computers] Is this correct for DB-9 to DB-25?

I need to build a null modem cable with this pin-out ...

Connections:

1+6 - 4
2 - 3
3 - 2
4 - 6+1
5 - 5
7 - 8
8 - 7
Shell - Shell

This pin-out shows DB-9 to DB-9 but I need a Female DB-9
at the device and a Male DB-25 at my computer.

I would prefer to build a cable and use no adapters.

I understand from the pin-purposes of each that there is
a correct association, e.g. Data Carrier Detect from the
DB-9 (pin 1) equals the pin 8 on the DB-25, and etc.

So, is it correct that if I begin with the chart above,
where it says:

DB-9 to DB-9
1+6 - 4

For DB-9 to DB-25 it would be:
1+6 - 20

Or have I completely forgotten everything I know about
wiring serial cables?

:-)
