[Ham-Computers] Quick launch icon

There are probably other ways but here's how I usually do it.  Assuming 
that you have a double-click icon on the Desktop, click the icon on the tool 
bar that clears to the desktop.  If there isn't any space to the right of the 
right-most quick-launch icon, click on the vertical bar to the right of that 
icon and drag it a little ways to the right.  Then right-click the icon you 
want to add to the tool bar, drag it to the cleared area, release the right 
mouse button, and select copy.
