[Ham-Computers] How do I use an iso file?

Hi all,

I collect OTR (Old Time Radio Shows) and am presently downloading a 
"Disto" (OTR collection) in iso format.  In all my years of collecting 
shows (I have ~750 GB of shows) this is the first iso file I've 
snagged.  How do I open it??
