[Ham-Computers] External IDE Drive "holder"?

After looking over "docks", I also found basic IDE-USB adapter cables with 
power supplies.  THis may be more practical as some of the drives I have are 
the older 5" form factor and even larger, not sure of the official title, 
but they are about shoe-box size.

I've bought a cable/PSU/Driver kit from an ebay seller for $8, will let the 
group know how it works out.
