[Ham-Computers] Cursor Question

     I seem to recall a cursor that would adapt itself based on whatever 
background it was over - for example, it would turn white over a dark 
background and dark over a light background.

     I'm running Windows 7 64-bit and either can't remember how to get 
it or perhaps it is no longer supported?
