[Ham-Computers] Odd-Ball SPAM - Telemarketing Problem

Actually, my approach of saying Hello, and only waiting a few seconds 
for an answer works very well, not only for the typical telemarketer 
with an automatic dialing setup, but for the mysterious calls where 
nothing happens when the phone is answered (successful telemarketers 
with many responses?) .

However, other family members don't always use my approach, and the 
telemarketers new opening statement of answering my request is a clever ploy.
