[Ham-Computers] USB to Ethernet Adaptor?

We have an APC UPS supporting our LAN components (Router, Cable Modem, NAS 
Drive, etc.).  It only has Serial and Slave USB ports and there's no 
computer within reasonable distance to connect it to for monitoring (battery change 
date, etc.).  Does anyone know of a Slave USB (or Serial for that matter) 
to Ethernet adaptor that could be plugged into it to make it visible on the 
LAN?  I wrote to APC but haven't gotten any response.
