I think I can answer that one.  First, although they're trying to sweep 
Vista under the rug as thery did Milennium, it and XP were still current 
offerings, with many current users, and they don't include it.  Second, for once 
they didn't shoot themselves in the foot by combining it with W7 because the 
major AV vendors all have major corporate, government and military 
contracts, and those contracts would have discouraged W7 sales and/or po'd their OS 
customers.
