[Ham-Computers] Dual monitors with WIN XP PRO

I set up my machine for dual  monitors and it works FB, but there is a strange 'thing':

When I open OutLook Express on the second monitor and click on a email to read, it opens the email message on the first monitor!

Is this the way it is supposed to work or did I screw up something in the setup????

To me, this sort of defeats the purpose of having a second monitor. . . . 

Any one else had this problem?
