[Ham-Computers] XP PRO SLOW PROBLEM(s)

"While you have Task Manager open, also look at CPU Utilization and Memory
Utilization".

 CPU and memory utilization numbers are good. . . .

One very strange thing I just noticed is that on every boot the number of 
icons loaded on the task bar are different; on the last boot there are 5 
icons and on the previous boot there were 3.

I have checked all the drivers and they are the latest available. . . .
Also ran the Samsung HDD utilities and the drive is OK. . . .

Does anyone know how I can do a repair re-install if I do not have the 
original XP PRO CD????
