I had never heard of Sumatra but here it is:

I use ePDFview in Linux - it allows one to select text and
to CTRL-F (find) text - there is another free Linux PDF app
that allows one to edit the PDF - e.g. fill in forms
electronically then E-mail to the source in order to avoid
the fax machine or snail mail hassle.
