[Ham-Computers] Two Computers - One Monitor. Will it work

     My Acer flat panel monitor has two inputs - one analog and one 
digital. My new computer has a digital output while my old one has 
analog output.

     Both computers are not used at the same time. In fact, only one 
even has power applied at any given moment. I swap the power cord 
between the two PCs so they cannot be powered simultaneously.

     My question is, can I leave both cables connected to the monitor 
under these circumstances?
