[Ham-Computers] http://w5uq.com - Background persists from sub-page?

I think I have it!

The Background color was set to 66FF99 so I changed
it to FFFFFF.

What was happening was that a quicker brower/connection
was painting the color then painting the background
image.

Now the color is white as is the image so there isn't
enough difference during the transistion to be noticed.
