[Ham-Computers] Email question

Does anybody know if there are any email programs, Outlook Express excluded 
where I can import messages to.

I had to clear out my Inbox on OE, but I saved it to a flash drive, now I 
would like to take the file and import I guess is the correct word, to 
another email program, etc.

Will Hotmail, or Gmail or any others do what I want to do?
