You don't need to install anything for virii cause there aren't any in 
the wild.
But you can install ClamAV if you like.
You can install a  firewall if you don't have a router with one.
But some would argue that you need one on your computer also.
Just do a search in Synaptic for firewall.
If your going to use firefox to browse secure sites then the security 
built in to firefox should work.
I don't know of any malware out there that will work with Linux so you 
can surf to about anywhere and not get effected.
