[Ham-Computers] Another email question

Ok all, something has me stumped here. Been messing with the wife's computer 
here, she uses Yahoo mail as her email account and she can long onto Yahoo 
mail with no problem, but when she goes to click on the Check mail tab, her 
computer just sits there.

She's running XP and IE version 6.
I had her get on my computer, I run XP and Firefox, and she got into her 
Yahoo email with no problems.

Any have any suggestions on what I need to look for?


On a side note, I'm slowly becoming a Firefox fan, but can't get her to 
switch!
