[Ham-Computers] Secure E-mail Services?

But back on topic ... are the "secure" E-mail services like
Hushmail reliable and are they any more or less likely to
be improperly dumped into spam/junk folders?

I am frequently having to send follow-up E-mails from a
second account because poorly designed junk filters on
user's computers have mis-filed my E-mails.  It's a real
nuisance.
