Duane, when I had dial up and needed to download the Service pack 2
for windows XP 64 bit, which is well over 60 megs, I ended up taking
a USB 2 gig flash card to the public library in our very small town
of Booneville, Arkansas. Their computers did not have cd burners but
did have USB ports. They had a 1 hour time limit which was just
enough to download the file from Windows update.
That was the only way I could do it then as the cd's were no longer
available for sale and it could only be had by downloading. I had
taken some blank cd's along and just happened to include the flash
card in my briefcase. Call your library and see if you can do it
