I believe he's on dial-up and he's waiting on a cd from Aaron with AVG on it... But still this isn't the place to call someone out.

1.) Visit http://free.avg.com/ and download the latest version.
2.) Uninstall the old version.
3.) Install the new version.

So easy, even a caveman could do it.

And I concur-- this is no place to call out people, especially in times 
when you can even easily find the information yourself.
