If you want to prevent a program from loading and running, click startup,
run, type msconfig, then hit return or click OK.  Click the "Startup" tab.

Many of the command lines end in cryptic looking letter\number combinations
and may not appear to be what you are looking for.  Research the .exe or
.dll, or whatever is at or near the end of the line on google and see if it
is what you want to turn off.

A BIG hint, don't turn off SysTray.exe, this is the icon bar at the bottom
of your screen (if you use one).
