[Ham-Computers] Computer will not restart from menu

OK.  But what I meant was, nowhere on the standard XP screen as the machine 
just sits there is there an active area or button labeled "Shutdown".  
You've got to do from one to several somethings before you get a button that 
says "Shutdown".  My question was what do you do to get it to offer you 
Shutdown as an option.  There are at least two paths to that button.
