[Ham-Computers] Need DOS help

I started to follow Robert Downs' suggestion, but discovered I must
long as Administrator to save changes - even though the file is on a
CD-RW. I bought this computer on eBay and installed everything, but
don't recall what I did about the Administrator's password. I tried
obvious passwords like admin, administrator, nothing, and password
without success. I need to keep looking for my installation notes.

However, I need something to know my changes are working. I need
some code to display a statement on the screen, like horse or this
works, and then return to the A: prompt. Any suggestions?

Jim
