I'm sure you're a nice person anyway :)

I am not familiar with that site but you NEED TO BACK UP YOUR IMPORTANT
FILES.

You can decide where and how to back them up. It's very easy if you
want to do it at home. It becomes more complex if you want to do it
offsite.

If home, decide on what you're backing up TO. CD, DVD, spare hard
drive, tape?

If offsite, how much do you have to back up, what will it cost, how long
will it take to upload it, is it secure (transport and storage), who has
access to your data, how safe do you need it to be, how long will it
take to get data back?

You can also make a deal with a friend to be each other's backup site.
Just keep a spare drive or media there and you do the same for him.

Google allows you an 8g store with an email account (free).
Dropbox can backup or sync multiple pc's (2g free) across multiple
platforms.

There are a ton of free and low cost backup sites (and utilities)
available. Check their reputations and reviews. PCWorld reviews things
like this. At very least do a local backup in case your hard drive goes
bye bye.

Good luck.
