[Ham-Computers] Installing sp2 and sp3 using the Microsoft Install CD's

I have the Microsoft sp2 and sp3 installation disks, which I obtained 
from Microsoft.  Does the sp3 upgrade include sp2, or must the sp2 
disk be used, followed by the sp3 disk?
