[Ham-Computers] Language Translator?

I have added a multi-language translation widget to my 
weather-related Web page: http://kd4e.com/wp.html

There are some sites which do not provide translation and 
what I'd like to do is to embed the translator code so that 
when one clicks on the link the page is run through the 
translator before they see it.

The target translation is English to Spanish and the link I 
first want to automatically translate is 
http://media.myfoxtampabay.com/myfoxhurricane/
