[Ham-Computers] Can't View Video's at local TV station

I have a question I am hoping someone can help me with.

I have been pulling my hair out trying to view local news media at two of my
local TV stations but just can't get there.  Their URL's are:

	http://www.king5.com/	and	http://www.kirotv.com/news/index.html

My laptop is an HP Pavilion running Windows XP Media Edition and I am
running IE 7.  I have gone through both of these stations help files and
downloaded the plug-ins but that has not solved my problem.  I suspect it is
do to my security settings.  I have the Internet security set to Med-High
with those default settings.  I have tried numerous other setting to no
avail.

I also have an older Toshiba laptop with WinXP Home Edition on it and it
runs those videos just fine on those same settings, or I believe I have the
same settings.

Any help would be appreciated.
