[Ham-Computers] Reformatting a Flash Drive

OK.  I always use the shortcut (click and drag) for copy or move, which is 
what I was thinking of.  But highlight and right-click does bring up a menu 
box with Cut on it but I"ve never tried it as I never could think of why it 
was there as just below it is Delete.  Unless it does something different 
that I've never needed to do.  Which is why I had completely forgotten it was 
there.
