Hi Gene (and group)1

     Same here.  Usually is software conflict and not machine.  Many 
times I find that it's what the end user is trying to do with the 
machine and the out of date software that they are using or things 
turned on or off in the software that should/shouldn't be.  I solved a 
bunch of problems here and at work when I bought a copy of Windows XP 
Inside Out and its companion that deal with networking.  What it comes 
down to is the computer manufacturers and software people do not write 
manuals to deal with application and compatibility issues.  That is what 
most people have trouble with
