[Ham-Computers] Booting into safe mode

    I may be wrong about this, but I believe that for F8 to bring you to 
Safe Mode, it must be struck repeatedly, not held down continuously. 
Specifically, turn the computer on, and strike the F8 key about twice 
per second until you get the screen that gives you the option of booting 
in Safe, Safe With Networking, etc.
