[Ham-Computers] Can Wii Games be Modified?

I just read this review of a new Wii game but am very unhappy with
their anti-capitalist spin.

""De Blob," based on a free PC game developed by Dutch students, rides a 
classic good-versus-evil theme. The empiresque I.N.K.T. Corporation has 
sucked all the color out of the formerly spectral Chroma City, leaving 
its residents in a monochrome funk."

Anyone know if it is possible to get into these games to modify them?
I'd like to change the bad guys from "corporations" to "socialist big
government" or "China" or "Russia" or some other thuggish regime.
