[Ham-Computers] Two questions

    First, is there any way when starting a program to specify the 
position on the screen it should be in? For example, in one of my batch 
files I start the Windows audio control with "START sndvol32.exe -d1". 
This opens the correct module, but I have to manually position it every 
time where I want it.

    Second, in Windows Explorer, is there any way to specify what 
directory it should open with? Each time I open it, I must click on "My 
Computer", followed by "Local Disk (C:)". Would be more convenient if it 
opened to "C:" every time.
